Abstract

            The label inspection on cylindrical shape product such as bottle or can that is necessary and abundantly require for quality control. Usually, the products are feed to inspect station by conveyer. Sometime the label view by using only one camera is not correct so the inspection software doesn’t work properly. This research we propose the reconstruction label by using 4 calibrated cameras. The location of each camera will collocate to make overlap image in pair neighboring camera. The reconstruction algorithm will estimate 3D pose of can but it is not enough accuracy because perspective error. The camera calibration function uses key point matching method between model image and each acquire image. The final unwrapping image is project from result image to original view by inverse mapping method and ready for printing inspection.
