Classrooms | Laboratories | Facilities

1. Industrial Process Control Laboratory:

This laboratory focuses on training in industrial process control models such as feedback control, preload control, cascade control, and proportional control. It has three demonstration sets for experiments: nonlinear water level control, temperature control using hot and cold water, and level control using fieldbus devices. There are three DCS (Distributed Current System) control units and eight workstations for training.

2. Electronics Laboratory:

This laboratory focuses on training skills in analog circuits, digital circuits, programmable digital devices (PLDs), and microprocessor and microcontroller systems. The laboratory is equipped with basic equipment such as a function generator, oscilloscope, multimeter, and a computer for interface and logic analyzer.

3. Sequential Control Laboratory:

This laboratory focuses on training skills in sequential control. It includes over 30 PLCs from various manufacturers such as Siemens, Omron, GE Fanuc, and Scheneider, as well as pneumatic and ladder logic circuit experiments for simple motor control. Training sets for PLC integration, such as conveyor belt systems and touch-screen displays, are also available. Furthermore, there is software for designing HMIs for displaying and interacting with PLCs.

4. Graduate Research Laboratory:

This laboratory is dedicated to developing research for Master's and Doctoral students in the department. It is equipped with research facilities including electrical systems, internet access, security systems, and other amenities to enable students to work efficiently.

5. Industrial Measurement Laboratory:

This laboratory focuses on training in fundamental industrial measurement skills such as temperature, pressure, level, flow, and standard signal conversion (transmitter) equipment. It also includes training in the use of calibrators, control valve adjustment, display devices, and PID controllers.

6. Undergraduate Project Room:

The department prioritizes student project work and therefore provides a dedicated research room for all student groups, equipped with basic facilities.

7. Fundamental Technology Laboratory:

This laboratory focuses on training in fundamental measurement and control skills for students outside the department. It includes basic industrial measurement, standard signal conversion, PID control, PLC control, etc.

8. Computer Laboratory:

This laboratory is used for teaching requiring computers, with a computer-to-student ratio of 50 computers. Students can access these computers during non-class hours. All computers are interconnected. With the internet.
