Cooperative Education Cooperative education is an educational system that alternates between classroom instruction and practical work experience at a real workplace. This is done systematically with the cooperation of the workplace and all relevant parties. It is an educational system that integrates academic learning with practical work experience (Work Integrated Learning).
1.2 Objectives of cooperative education.

1.4 Differences between cooperative education within the curriculum and other types of cooperative education.
- Evaluation based on grades, 12 credits.
- Students are required to complete an engineering project at a company or build a portfolio in the case of a design company.
- Employer advisors participate in the evaluation of cooperative education outcomes with the university for at least 9 credits.
- A contract for the implementation of an engineering skills project was entered into between the Department of Control Systems and Instrumentation Engineering to ensure the security of company data.
